Breakfast was fantastic. One female member of the reception team was unpleasant to deal with. One day our room wasn't cleaned - we informed reception at 3pm, again at 5pm requesting clean towels which weren't delivered and again at 6.30pm. It was cleaned by the time we returned that evening but only after a difficult confrontation with the receptionist. All other staff were lovely to deal with. There were a few other housekeeping issues, but when reported all were resolved. Gym was great. Beach was lovely. 40 min walk into the Old Town

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular. I would also like to give a special mention to the lovely staff who work on the reception desk. They were all lovely and, like the manager, really went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. They were all really smiley and patient, even when the front desk was busy

Great location right on the beach and some truly fantastic staff - mainly working in the restaurants, always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Also some great views from the restaurant over the bay in the evening. They even have their own private access to the sea which we weren’t able to try but I’m sure would have been great. With regard to the room, not fantastic, the WiFi barely worked as we were put in a basement room, which doesn’t have a router on the same floor. When I told the staff, an engineer was sent to my room and told me it works for him, so I must be wrong. It was never sorted and caused my partner to use up all her data. Also, the extractor fan was incredibly loud and turning on every time the light came on. We ended up using the toilet in the dark as there is no door to the bathroom area. Also, as the hotel is split into multiple buildings and it appeared the only way for us to get to the spa would be to walk outside or through the garage - which wouldn’t have been fab in a spa gown and slippers.

Amazing location on edge of the bay. Stunning view from ‘sea-view’ room. Beach area lovely and relaxing (in May anyway). Old town Kotor around a 30 min safe walk - bus stop outside hotel but erratic hourly service if you want to take a gamble on one being on or near time (€2 to old town) - and got told two different scheduled arrival times so… Excellent choice at breakfast (regular and vegetarian). Boat trips can be arranged to pick you up from the hotel beach jetty (no extra charge). Excellent choice for our stay.

Friendly staff, but disappointing value for money The staff were friendly, and breakfast was okay. The villa was generally clean, but the oven was dirty and a few other areas needed more attention. There were also ripped curtains, and the furniture and overall condition didn’t match the price we paid. The TV was far too small for the size of the living room. Parking was another drawback: there was limited space, and the charge of €20 per night felt very expensive. There were three of us, but we were given only one key, which was very inconvenient. We constantly had to coordinate our plans to make sure someone was home to open the door. For such an expensive villa, we expected better furnishings, maintenance, and more practical arrangements for guests. While we appreciated the friendly staff, the property fell short of our expectations and didn’t feel like good value for money.

Great staff and lovely, clean hotel! Good breakfast and really great cocktails. Parking situation in front of the hotel needs to be fixed though, as cars were not finding their ways into the parking garage, and were at times blocking and making it hard for us to get to our building. Regardless - I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel with amazing sea view and private beach area. Great place for a couple romantic getaway! Good selection of breakfast and very helpful staffs especially Wai Wai and the manager (forgot his name). Gym is well equipped but have not used the spa though. The only negative point is limited car parking space and has to pay (I think it is standard in Europe). However, you can park free at nearby the residential parking area. Alternatively, you can park around the hotel lobby space but need to give your car key at the reception so that they can move if your car is blocking.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We highly recommend staying here. The staff were kind and welcoming, the location was quiet and a perfect distance away from city center Kotor, the room was spacious and wonderful and the breakfast was great (good variety). We would stay again!

The property is quite extensive and has both villas & rooms. The on-site beach bar brings the waterside & unbelievably geography/views to life even if your room, like ours, wasn't directly that close to the water. The service there was unfortunately terrible (we comfortably waited at least 30 minutes to try and order a drink from our sunbed despite pushing the buttons that blatantly didn't work) and put me off going back in truth. Similarly, while the property has a parking garage that appeared to be reserved for people in the villas. There were no alternatives provided and we were just told to park "anywhere". As a result we ended up having to park on a random curbside, as many others had to do also. This isn't the kind of set up I had envisaged based on the stars of the hotel. On the whole though we had a nice stay and the concierge via whatsapp were very helpful. It is about a 40/45 minute walk into the old town which was nice by the waterside when coming home from having had dinner in town (it was too hot to walk it otherwise!).
