When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. "Overall fantastic stay, super welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were large and well maintained + had amazing views of the bay. It rained one of our days so took advantage of the spa and semi-outdoor pool. Food was great, especially the included breakfast. We had an issue with our shower which was fixed promptly and they had made us a little breakfast bag to go to the airport. It’s roughly a 10 min walk down hill to the bay, but maybe not the nicest locations but appeared quite safe."
