"Breakfast was excellent!"

"Came to visit Stevenson University, which is only a 7 minute drive from this hotel. Very friendly staff upon arrival & leaving. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very nice, no microwave though. Have to go down to kitchen to use the microwave. Nice pool & fitness center. Plenty of shopping centers and restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. We ate at Red Lobster. This hotel does have shuttle service. My husband and son's loved the stay and we will definitely stay here the next time we come to Owings Mills."

"The hotel was clean but dated. The air conditioner was very loud, and the breakfast they offered was just ok. "

"Rooms were pretty musty upon entering. Desk staff was noticeably standoffish. Rooms were nowhere near as cozy as pictured. "

"I normally dont give bad reviews. This location can use some upgrades. I stayed here 10 years ago when i was participating in a job training for 6 weeks. I was impressed and enjoyed ever week. But now i stayed 1 DAY and indoor swimming pool was white. I didnt let my kids get in. The room had an bad odor like an old apartment. "

"This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I thought it was a little sketchy from the outside surroundings. However, the hotel was beautifully furnitured and the room were extremely nice. The front desk staff were extremely nice and accomodating. Extremely professional all the way around."

"Staff was not accommodating I paid extra to have two king beds and they put me in a room with one bed the breakfast and everything else was really nice "

"we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated."

"Honestly, I expected more out of a Hilton Garden Inn. The room was outdated and the bathroom was in such poor design that when you turn the faucet on -the water was basically running all over the countertop because it was too far away from the sink. There were no towels available at the pool, I thought the breakfast buffet was overpriced and they did not have pancakes or French toast, even though it's stated on the menu. Overall, nothing special about the hotel and I'll stay elsewhere next time in the area"
