"Affordable hotel in a very popular area. The access to the riverfront, train station and attractions like the Chapel Bridge at an affordable rate instanstly skyrockets this property to at least a 7/10. However the hotel is obviously on the older side, with a specific faint odor that usually comes from improperly maintain pipes and walls. The room was clean though, and not too much complaints there. There also aren't any free amenities except luggage storage. There's no shower products or toiletries provided for your room, so be sure to pack your own. There are drinks in the minbar but its an extra charge. I ended up buying all my water and drinks from the supermarket 2 blocks down. There's a really great breakfast buffet, but that's also an extra charge. If at least a few essentials were provided for free, it would have really made it better. At the very least, water should not be free. There were some things lacking in the hotel, but the stay was far from unpleasant, and the convenience, price and location were perfect. "

"Clean rooms and a good breakfast and the spa and indoor swimming pool was amazing also for the kids. The beds were a bit too soft and sinking in the middle for my liking but once I informed them about this on the first day, they immediately replaced my mattress, so the customer service was top-notch."
