"The location is perfectly located across the street from Lake Lugano and within a short walk of downtown. They have an amazing Spa and a Michelin Star restaurant. The staff is always so friendly and makes us feel at home. This is my go to spot in Lugano."

"After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!"

"Its an alright hotel, it's a bit outdated, and the room was fine but nothing special. The listing also says it's in the center of town, and it is about a twenty-minute walk or a mile from Paradiso. "
