Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. They would not refund me the difference in accommodation prices of €80 so when I refused to pay the bill of €80 for the buffet they threatened to call the police. Breakfast was a complete joke for nearly €9 euros each and the buffet bill €125 for 3 adults and 1 child was way overpriced for poor quality food, although the staff in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful, accommodation OK but not worth €400 euro a night irrespective of the location

Les petits animaux qui se baladent autour et les nourrir, c'était marrant. La cambre, je n'attendais pas mieux, il ne faut pas s'attendre à du luxe non plus. Question vue sur les animaux, c'est peut être le point un peu décevant où il y a une certaine distance par rapport aux photos. En fait il faut prendre les tentes zoologistes pour avoir cette proximité, ce qui est un peu plus haut de gamme a une vue sur une pataugeoire
