The front desk clerk didn’t know how to process and check us in or make a duplicate key. He kept telling us to come back in 5 mins. The floor in the room was mopped w a soar towel. It had a very strong oder. He was kind enough to not charge us for our dogs, because he didn’t have any there to clean ...
