Worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The continental breakfast was terrible the eggs were burnt and the bread was stale . There was mold in the bathtub. There was a lack of communication between staff I asked for late check out the manager agreed with the request . I get a call the next day if I was staying an additional night . There was never a manager onsite he was never to be found . First night I was in my room the safe in my room fell off the wall . I was so upset because someone in the room could have gotten hurt . No one from management offered to either change my room or accommodate my stay . Terrible terrible terrible hotel . Don’t stay here !
It’s not a new with glitz and glam, but my overall stay was pleasant. The room was clean and contained the basic necessities. The environment was generally quiet and I was able to rest comfortably without disruption. I would lodge at this hotel again.
Dirty lobby and stairwells, TV remote didn’t work making it impossible to use the TV since it had no controls on the TV itself. At reception they didn’t have a spare and no one to fix it. Homeless people were hanging around the side entrance and the door wasn’t locked. I left after the first night and went to another hotel and forfeited two paid nights since I had a non-refundable rate from Expedia.

Rooms are clean . Hallways and elevators are run down and doesn’t feel renovated for long time. Staff were helpfull . The breakfast was minimum quality.
Property was convenient, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and easy to find. Restaurants, grocery stores and cafes in walkable distance.

When I called, I was told there were no rooms available, so I went online and made a reservation that way (apparently there were rooms). It would have been helpful if we had been told that we only get our room cleaned if we ask for it; we returned from a funeral to a room that was humid and smelled like wet towels. When we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels we were told we were lucky to get them because usually there's no one there after 10. On the plus side, one morning after breakfast had closed, a kitchen staff employee was SO HELPFUL; there was no coffee in the lobby canisters so she dropped everything she was doing and went and got us some; she was lovely and very polite.
