Check inn was quick and easy and entrance to hotel is actually separate to the adjacent pub which was great as we wasn't disturbed by any noise from the revellers on a weekend! "Such a peaceful place. The owners were delightful. The property is at the very top of a hill and the drive is very narrow with parking on both sides. A real skills test of your driving. But the stay is worth it. Breakfast by a panoramic window looking down on the city was great. Large split bathroom with spa type shower was the greatest luxury of the room. Would stay there again."

"The house is spacious and well fitted out. The quirky decor makes a refreshing change to the basic furniture and fittings found in most holiday homes. The whole house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The welcome cupcakes were delicious. It’s an easy 10 minute walk through the woodland to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to families and friends."
