"There was one problem with our stay at Days Innn omaha. Unfortunately its a pretty big one. I booked an accessible room as i am in a wheelchair and the only thing that was accessible was the the doorways. I was unable to move around the room, couldnt get on the bed, had to request a shower chair and received a damaged and very dirty one and when she came to the door with it she accused us of smoking in the room. But other than that, the room was very clean and freshly remodeled and the staff was very nice."

"Ants in the room and furniture reeked of smoke to the point I couldn’t lay my clothes on the couch without it smelling like smoke when I picked it up. "

"Elevator sounded like it was going to break, our in room bathroom had poop streaks in it, then the next morning when we went out to our car someone was breaking into the vehicle two cars down from us. When we tried to report it to the front desk the person we were talking to didn’t recall anything properly so we called law enforcement and made the report. All after having to pay to park on top of it. Seems a little ridiculous "

"Our stay overall was a success. The host was very attentive when messaged with questions. The check in instructions were a little vague with the parking location and how to unlock the property but when called the host came right over and assisted. We had some plumbing issues in the kitchen sink but these things happen in homes and are to be expected sometimes. One suggestion we have is maybe provide some more blankets for the guests. Only had what was on the two beds. I would give this property at 9/10 and would not hesitate to book again if coming to the area."

"This home eneded up being the perfect place for us to stay. Upon arrival the home was clean and an impressive size. The photos do not give this home justice. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably in their own space. The primary suite was a pleasant surprise as it's like an entire unit on it's own with a huge closet, large jetted tub, office area, living space and private sleeping quarters. It was a remarkable area of the home. We spent most of our time outdoors on the patio and by the fireplace which was easy to use. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the zoo and travel. It heated up to our desired temps quickly. The hot tub is set at a lower temp so if you plan to enjoy it while staying I suggest you adjust the temps prior to entering tub. (It only took about 40 minutes to heat up to our desired temp). This rental also doesn't provide much extra as far as hygeine needs. This was not an issue to us as we always pack our own soap, shampoos and conditioners but a good thing to note to be aware of what one should expect to bring. This home is located in a desirable residential neighborhood, on a low traffic street and we felt at ease when walking around and being in this location. The owners had consistent good and quick communication for all off our inquiries before and during stay, plus after. Do not be afraid to reach out to them if issues should arise. Overall we really loved staying at this home, didn't want to leave and would stay again! "
