"Came to an untidy front door area. Up stairs to a room that felt unclean. Bathroom toilet seat loose almost completely broken. Dirty at back of toilet & sink also dirty. Broken latch on bathroom door. Key to bedroom did not lock door so unlocked all night. Put a chair by door. Ad led me to think I would have own kitchen area. Not so shared kitchen"

"Flat was simply filthy! Grim and severe dust around the flat, TV had no ariel so couldn’t use, thick dust all around, water marks on bed base, extractor vent held on by tape, surrounding area run down. ‘Stunning’ it is not. Was not met my host, email not answered, refund refused. "

"We were totally pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was clean. It was in the center of everything - easy to get to the tube, easy to walk to many "touristy" locations. People there were always willing to do whatever it took to make your stay pleasant."
