I absolutely loved this hotel and wish I was staying longer! The staff was super helpful and kind. The whole property is beautiful. It is directly next to Kurpark and walking distance to Residenzschlosses Mergentheim. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extra props to the kitchen staff that helped me with a vacuum sealed ice pack for my cooler.
General things to know if you're American: 1) there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning in all of southern Germany, they privide fans for the room, 2) there also doesn't seem to be any microwaves in any hotel rooms, 3) the mini bar fridges, when available, do not have freezers, 4) I have not seen a single ice machine

"Room was stunning as was the rooftop bar and pool. Location was great. The food offering is limited. Very much Asian. Even then the night we tried to dine in the rooftop bar a lot of things were not available. The hotel made amends. Albeit, we had dinner in the Italian restaurant across the road ..."
