"Everything was great"

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Housekeeping was better organized this time, last time they missed our room a few times. Pool area and hotel area was well kept and clean. Appreciated the water with lime at the front desk. Room was clean and had a fridge at good temperature (ie didn't freeze everything). Used the gym a few times and there were no towels. Air conditioning is loud and there is often noise from traffic at night and of course there is noise from the airport. We were on the highest floor. So if you are a light sleeper this is not the greatest location. Wifi was reliable. Overall everything was okay. "

"Great hotel! Friendly staff, good location, very clean rooms, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Free shuttle to port. "

"I loved having a restaurant in the hotel and the shuttle to the airport was a real plus for me."

"Breakfast was ok, lunch was excellent. Room was lovely but needed maintenance to fix the AC. Overall i would stay here again."

"We needed disability parking which is enclosed and close to the entrance however the entrance doors do not have power buttons so getting in and out of the lobby from parkingi lot is difficult and depends on asking someone in lobby to help. Also ditto with the disability access room entrance, there was a button to open teh door but the tech was not functional. Also the room cleanliness was below average. "

"The room was much bigger than we expected, the staff were very helpful, and the outdoor pool was amazing. We were even allowed to check in early. Would definitely book again!"
