"Before you even arrive the staff are lovely and helpful. Check in was a breeze, greeted with a smile and an unexpected upgrade. Up to the 19th floor with magnificent views of the harbour. The room was spacious and welcoming. Usual minibar and coffee pods. WiFi worked fine and the TV had many stations to watch. There was a bath and separate rain/wall shower. The soap was Kiwi Seed and Lavender, and the body lotion was impeccable. The art work on the walls show cased real kiwi classics. The Bee Hive painting in the corridor was masterful, worth its own gallery showing. The hotel sits beside the SkyBus start point, 30 odd minutes and you're at the airport. Will we stay again? Yeah, next trip up for sure."

"Great well priced hotel. We were on the 3rd floor, opposite car park building. Was expecting a bit of noise but was quiet. Comfy bed and pillows."

"The room was bright and spacious and spotlessly clean. All staff we had interactions with were very nice to deal with and efficient. The bar is great - staff are great and a nice place to sit and have a drink. Would definitely stay again."

"The location is great, easy access to the city and airport. The room was spotlessly clean and it got serviced each day on my four night stay. Off street parking was very handy as well. I would stay there again"
