"Fantastic location, very clean, friendly. Only the bar staff let the team down. They looked very uninspired and when they told us a particular beer wasn’t available you could hear the full stop at the end of the sentence. A warmer reception and an alternative suggestion would have made the rating a 5 out of 5. "

"Hotel Indigo Auckland was an excellent choice for our 10-day stay in New Zealand. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We added the breakfast option and were so glad we did—it was delicious and convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome.
