"This was an excellent hotel stay in Tokyo! I've been to the city several times over the past few years and stayed at all sorts of hotels from 3-stars to 5-stars and this one was by far my favorite. Location/Transport: - 5min walk from Shimbashi station, very convenient - 5min walk from Higashi-Ginza station - 5min walk from Shiodome station - 8min walk from Ginza station - Taxi stop right outside - All of Ginza at your doorstep! - 8min walk from Hamarikyū Gardens - Lawson right downstairs, FamiMa and 7/11 a stone's throw away Amenities: - Luggage storage & delivery service - Currency exchange * NO laundry/dryer machines though. Cleanliness: 4.5/5 stars, you can decide how often you want your room cleaned and to what extent. Service: 5/5 stars, they have very friendly bilingual staff who are willing to meet all your needs! I did use their laundry concierge service for two special wash items and was very happy with the service. It was a little pricey but considering the speed and care with which they handled my knit dress, it was worth it for me. We did not have hotel breakfast or eat at the attached restaurant since we were in Ginza with so many other options nearby, so I cannot comment on those services. I'll definitely strongly consider this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo!"

"This is a well run hotel. Japanese are the master at space efficiency. While the room may be small it is very well laid out. There are a lot of amenities the hotel provides, either in your room or in the lobby. The bathroom, while small, was clean and there was no mold anywhere. The breakfast was delicious. In such a small space, they have setup a buffet with many Japanese food dishes, although i will say they like their scrambled eggs a bit runny. Numerous restaurants are nearby and 2 different metro stations are within walking distance. Will definitely stay again. Side note: Easiest way to get to Daiwa Roynet Hotel from Narita Airport is the Airport Limo bus to Dai-Ichi hotel. The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is located just behind Dai-Ichi. "
