Bad hotel with confrontational staff who play games with your health and money

The hotel smells bad so the staff constantly sprays this air freshener around that smells like bug spray..the towels r frayed and have holes in them..my single room was very small and so was the shower..there is a big hole by the front steps that is dangerous..8 steps to get into the hotel..the breakfast was OK.

We loved our stay at Hotel Omega!! Not only was the whole staff super helpful and friendly, but Bruno helped us navigate Amsterdam! As first timers to the Netherlands, we are so appreciative to Hotel Omega and Bruno! Their recommendations were spot on and we really enjoyed their friendly and superior service! We also loved the location!! It was close to the Van Gogh and other art museums!! The neighborhood restaurants were also "best of" -- great stay!!!!!

The hotel has no Ac the temperature in the room even at night was unbearable hot, the bathroom shower could not regulate water temperature, we had to check out and pay for another hotel for the last night because we could not stand another nights in the a room that felt like a sauna. The hotel need an update, the staff made zero attempt to change room or even care. The response is we advertise no air conditioning. But you should also tell people the windows that open to an alley with zero circulating air in the room and the room hot
