"Great stay—although the hotel was completely full with a wedding party, lots of families and travelers—the hotel was quiet after 10:00!! The hotel and our room were clean and the beds were supportive; so we all got a good nights rest. As always-Hamptons breakfast was excellent. Very good coffee!! Best of all—we all felt safe staying there!! Thank you Hampton!!"

"When we arrived we found out that the wheelchair accessible room that we reserved was not available. The room that we ended up in was 99° when we entered it. Someone had turned on the heater to it's highest setting when they left and housekeeping never corrected it. It took 11 hours to cool it down enough to sleep."

"What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. Several of us were already in the casual living room at 7 and none of us could get the coffee maker to...

"The breakfast was made up of powdered eggs, burnt coffee, two types of cereal, and waffles. There was not even half and half or creamer (other than powdered) for the coffee."

"The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and attractive. This hotel is convenient to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants and the breakfast was excellent! We stay here every time we visit Lincoln! It’s the best hotel in town!!!"

"Room was dirty and had a strange odor. Carpet was torn is several areas, and the bed was gross. Hallways were filthy and walls were primered. There was an odd man I observed pacing outside my room. I was there for about 2 hours and left once I didn't hear this strange man in the hallway anymore. I found a different hotel to stay at overnight and called this one to check out later in the evening."

"We checked in very late and the front desk clerk was very pleasant and did a quick check in. Room was very clean!"

"The AC was good, the room was clean, nice fitness room, quiet, lovely location in downtown Lincoln. I do wish the room had contained a desk and light to allow us to set up a laptop and work more comfortably, but the room was otherwise very neat, comfortable and quiet. Also appreciated having covered parking adjacent to the hotel. Would definitely come back. "

"It took around ten minutes for a staff member to get to the desk upon our arrival at around 6pm. Once we got to our room it was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were crusty, there were long black hairs all over the pillow, the mattress and the bathroom walls. There were other dried unidentified substances on the walls in both the main room and and bathroom. The room was generally filthy. The fact that the room had obviously been serviced but still in that state is baffling. We ended up checking...
