"I just want to say that the room did not have an iron, and it took about 2 hours for them to bring it, and I had to call them again to remind them of my need for an iron. The same thing happened with the room service for food; it took too long to arrive at my room. I even thought about going out to eat outside the hotel. On another occasion when I was there, I decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and they also took too long to bring the food to my table; Many foods at the buffet took time to realize they were empty to bring more and refill them, I had to tell them that it was empty so they would fill it again. Thank you for your attention!!"

"I stayed here for 10 days and i was happy with the stay. It can get loud on the weekends since there’s a bar next to it where they have live music sometimes but I think it’s gonna be loud at a lot of hotels in Tijuana since it’s a party town. I think you’ll have a better time if you speak Spanish I don’t think the staff speaks very much English for the most part but they were polite."
