"Hotel has free onsen public bath, but can be very crowded. During the busy hours, it can be not very clean and the soap and lotion aren't that good. The breakfast is okay, not the best. Bedsheets are a bit rough and pillows are too hard or high to sleep on. A/C cannot be turn on during winter season, April, is a torture for most westerners.
