"Very clean room and premises - no bugs, clean pool, well kept. Older property but well maintained. Good fridge. Safe parking. Overall very comfortable atmosphere. Gym is empty except for one walking pad - doesn’t seem open for use. Things to watch out for: WiFi didn’t work most of the time so have cellular!!, no microwaves in rooms, just one common one for the whole property, no water for filling bottles (the attached separately managed restaurant will do it on occasion but they won’t keep doing it), ice machine slow/was broken part of the time, no fan in the bathroom, noisy a/c (had to turn it off to sleep). There is a fire pit but no staff to light it. 2 hot tubs - one is covered, so that is a nice feature. Pool is a good temperature. Eat elsewhere, restaurant isn’t great and is very very slow. Can be a good deal on Expedia packages."

"Coffee pot didn't work and there was no coffee. Manager supplied me with a pouch, but coffee pot didn't work. Needed to get extra pillows from manager; only 2 flat pillows supplied with King size bed. Pool was clean but we didn't use it. No gym."

"This is a budget motel with dated motif. Our room was clean, but it was evident that supplies (linens, furniture, pool furniture) had been in use for many years. Staff was highly responsive and most friendly in responding to requests. Location is safe and proximal to stores, fast food and basic services."

"Way too expensive for what it is. Room not very clean, staff not super friendly/helpful. One example: We were in the pool and noticed that there were no towels in the rack provided. No one had swam today and it was 2PM so would be surprising if they were out for the day, so likely never restocked. We asked them to get some and it took 45 min. The air was cold and my 4yo daughter didn't want to get out out and dry off in the air - I didn't either! When they brought them in they brought them in lazily, chatting the whole time and walking slowly. Nothing was going on at the hotel and it isn't like they washed them in that time, so it was likely just a matter of carrying them from A to B on the premises. The overall trip was like this - great in the pictures, nice enough, but for $400 a night (plus a $20 something a day amenity fee I didn't bargain on!) I'd never go here again."
