"My girlfriend and I stayed here for two days and had a really great experience! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was very affordable for what we received. We also appreciated the flyers with different activity ideas and things to do in the area—they were a nice touch and helped us find some fun things to check out during our stay. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of, and we would definitely love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"From the very beginning in making the reservation, communication with Michael was seamless. He was very responsive and accommodating. The property exceeded our expectations, both with respect to location and condition. While we were there, an unexpected storm arose, which caused a downed tree to block the driveway. We contacted Michael, who immediately took care of the issue. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!"

"The location was excellent- very pricimate to downtown Harper's Ferry, Harper's Ferry brewing, and other attractions. The train goes by many times a day but is never bothersome. Tracey was extremely communicative and responsive."
Morrisonville Manor w/ Fire Pit & Hot Tub!

"We had a great stay at the Morrisonville Manor. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. My group loves to cook, so we were happy to find the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking basics (e.g., oil, spices) and lots of cookware. The house was also very toddler-friendly with a high chair in the pantry and a pack-and-play available on request. The only minor downside was a sulfuric smell when running the faucets - thankfully the fridge had filtered water and ice for drinking, but you'll likely encounter it when you shower or use the sinks. The water's still potable so not a huge issue, but it could be a bit unpleasant. Overall, we had a great stay and would come again!I also highly recommend a visit to the Harpers' Ferry Water Park (about 30min drive away) if you have the time. It's an outdoor inflatable waterpark in a quarry and is lots of fun!"

"What a fabulous house for our family reunion…the kids had a blast in the pool, hot tubs, and watching fireflies on the lawn. Lots of room and bathrooms for everyone, and Keri was so wonderful as a host. Lovely area to explore…we got to hike on the nearby Appalachian Trail and wished we had more time to check out some of the local vineyards…next time, for sure!"

"Pros- close to activities, cute home, large outdoor area, supplied coffee & variety of shower soaps. Great water pressure in shower. Fire pit was nice, need to take kindling. Bathrobes provided. Cons- stairs are treacherous. Railing is not attached properly. Weeds are taking over property. Walkway is hard to walk on. AC unit works but VERY loud right beside bed. We were only allowed 1 towel & 1 washcloth for 3 night stay. I asked for more, was told no. Had to sweep patio and clean outdoor table before using. Could use more shelves, small table in shower & bedroom. Plenty of spoons & forks, but, only 2 knives. Maybe someone stole some??? Nice for 2 people, but, would be very tight for 4."

"Really nice space. Was perfect for my husband and I as we were in town for a wedding. Check in was extremely easy, despite us arriving late at night. The accommodations are bright and clean and the kitchen is extremely well stocked if that’s something you require. The area is quiet and very close to Brunswick and Frederick. Check out was seamless. I would definitely stay again."
