Over all nice, aside from housekeeping decided to enter the room one morning when I requested no service, so that was a bad way to wake up. The day I left they did the same thing before check out time and rushed me to get out, at 10:30 when check out was at 11.

We had booked a superior suite, but we're accidentally placed in a standard suite the first night. We raised the error and the management was quick to resolve by giving us an upgrade to a grande suite. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with nice big beds. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive tea and coffee each day even if you chose to not have the room cleaned. There were also slippers in the rooms, which is always a nice touch. Location was excellent and easy to reach tourist attractions on foot or by public transport.

I enjoyed the area right on the doorstep of the Palace. Staff were so helpful and allowed me to che lck in early after a difficult flight. 6 minutes from the public transit that takes you downtown and out to rhe country side.
