"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "Excellent hotel!!! Spacious, ocean-facing, well laid out rooms. Very clean and close to the Atami esplanade (Sunbeach). Amenities are a huge plus: free bar and drinks, ice cream, clean and well maintained public bath. Close to restaurants and convenience stores."
