This is the perfect place if you want to spend time with your pet. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The dinner was tasty, and the drinks were good. Our dogs enjoyed the time. The only negative is that you need to be aware that, despite being a dog hotel, the hotel adds a fee at checkout that Expedia doesn't mention anything about.

Staff very relaxed and accommodating. Facilities had lots of attention to little details that answer to dog owners' needs. We only at breakfast but the meal was exceptionally good. The dining area is well designed to allow you to enjoy the company of your pet. A "club" like atmosphere (facilities used to be a corporate villa).

他のホテルで部屋の匂いに気分を悪くしたことがあったのですが、不快なにおいが一切なく、温泉もドッグランも綺麗で大変感動しました。 ペットフードを忘れたのですが施設に無料で準備してあり助かりました。 とても快適でしたのでまた利用したいと思います。

愛犬を連れて1泊しました。 オールインクルーシブ、チェックインした時からラウンジで生ビールやスパークリングワイン他いろんなお酒がいただけて、愛犬用のおやつバーや愛犬甘酒などサービス満点。 夕食のコース料理も美味しく、夕食時も飲み放題、愛犬もわんこご飯に大喜びでした。 リフォームされた綺麗なお部屋、立地もよく観光も楽しめました。また行きたいです。

和洋室のお部屋に３泊させていただきました。 ワンコのマナーベルトまで準備されてる施設は初めてでした。至れり尽くせりです。 ただ、２泊目のお部屋掃除の後、使用済みの寝巻きやバスタオルは引き上げて、新しいものが補充されてなく、フロントにもらいにいきました。お部屋は隣の物音もなく、ワンコもぐっすり寝ていました。お世話になりありがとうございました。
