"Best hotel room I have stayed in! The staff was great, room was perfect and the breakfast was more than enough. They even had a hot cocoa stand with sprinkles and marshmallows and our 6 yr old loved that! If you need to stay in Heber springs, this is the place! "

"Very good communication with host. Location is excellent. House was OK but needs some attention to basic details. It appears that the owner is still making improvements. It was an inexpensive rental. The rate for 2 nights for 4 people was less than a one night stay with 2 rooms at the hotel."
