"This was a good overnight stop. There were a few cosmetic things that could be fixed mainly holes in the sheer curtains. Room was clean and comfortable, only issue was how long the hot water took to get hot. I would stay here again "

"There would have been no need for customer service as we were late arriving guests. But a quick phone call to the office left me feeling confident in my choice (of motel) and cared for, personally. I had four kids with me so this was reassuring and helped me relax into the drive with knowledge of safe and ‘pre warmed’ room. The ground floor room combo we enjoyed was simple and perfect for our needs. There was a baby crying sporadically next door but sound insulation was adequate and we all slept well. I’d recommend it to anyone."

"Fantastic place but to stay, close to all shops, cafes and pubs. Ate the best pizza EVER just around the corner, super friendly staff, room was pristine. Loved the family suit and the ability to park undercover right at our front door. Only complaint was the room smelled musty and like BO but apart from that would definitely stay again. One happy Phillip island family 👌"
