"We came to Florida at the last minute and we found this house available to rent. And what a beautiful home it is!! Stefan put a lot of thought into what would be needed to make your stay a pleasant one. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Stefan responds quickly with any questions you might have. This is a very nice neighborhood and has many stores and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!"

"Host was great to work with when I made a mistake in the booking dates, he was extremely responsive and worked with us to get the dates corrected. Booking was a last minute change to our plans when we had to travel with our dogs because one of them was wearing a cone of shame and could no longer be boarded. The property was clean, the neighborhood quiet and safe and it was close to my family's home for the holiday. "

"Very quiet, very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioner wasn’t working the first night but the owner quickly fixed it. We also found that the dryer wasn’t working as well but I’m sure it has been quickly repaired as well. There was good communication between owner and guests. The owner, Brad, had provided everything a guest might need by thoughtfully placing items such as toothpaste, in drawers. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here and would love to book this again on a return visit to Spring Hill. "

"This was the ideal house for 5 adults. We were going to a music festival 10 miles away and this was convenient since we had traveled together. Much easier than staying at a hotel and also more cost effective. The house met our needs in every way and would certainly look for its availability next year if we attend the festival again. "
