"The house truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The location was simply unbeatable, and each evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets that looked like they belonged in a picture. It felt wonderfully private, almost like our own personal beach. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, especially the kitchen, which was well-equipped just like ours at home, with plenty of each item. One surprise for us was the stairs leading downstairs to the bedrooms—they're quite steep, so just a heads-up. Also, in the bathroom attached to the king bedroom, there’s a high step up to the shower, toilet, and sink. Would we return? Absolutely! We’re already excitedly talking about when we can come back again."

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about our host! He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. He even had fresh fruit and some food waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. It meant we didn’t have to worry about running to the store first thing the next morning, and we were able to relax and cook breakfast at the house.The location was wonderful—close to everything we wanted to do and very convenient. The view of the water out front, which I believe was Lake Susan, was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable.We truly appreciated the hospitality and all the thoughtful touches. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The Warm Beach community is a quiet community within four miles to Stanwood Washington. The area is a rural farming area and offers many opportunities to venture out to parks and beaches. Holly’s place is very comfortable with new appliances and a good size living area, bedroom, shower/ bathroom and onsite parking. Holly was a very gracious hostess. Her paintings grace the suite and are only a small sample of her portfolio. She is very accomplished and an interesting lady. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Holly’s Place.and look forward to possibly returning next year."

"This listing was perfect for our family of 5. We loved setting on the back porch looking at the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here. We would give it 6 stars if we could. One of the best places we have stayed at. If we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying again."

"We loved staying at this beach house! It was a perfect family vacation for our family and dog friendly. The property is very convenient to the greater Seattle area, but feels like being on an island due to the secluded nature of this private beach community. We loved using the paddle boards, beach combing, grilling, and playing board games. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room to watch a movie on the big screen TV. A special surprise is the little park kitty corner from the property with a swing set and basketball court. Drew was very helpful and clearly cares very much for this longtime family property."
