Lovely Lake Crabapple Lakefront Home

"My sister, a friend, and I had our usual crafting long weekend, then they left and my husband came up for a couple of days over our anniversary. He had a great time fishing and, having not stayed there before, was very impressed with the house, especially how clean it was (he doesn't usually tend to notice things like that). He said he'd like to do that more often. I was happy to see him enjoying himself--one more person introduced to the peaceful pleasure of this beautiful house!"

"The house truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The location was simply unbeatable, and each evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets that looked like they belonged in a picture. It felt wonderfully private, almost like our own personal beach. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, especially the kitchen, which was well-equipped just like ours at home, with plenty of each item. One surprise for us was the stairs leading downstairs to the bedrooms—they're quite steep, so just a heads-up. Also, in the bathroom attached to the king bedroom, there’s a high step up to the shower, toilet, and sink. Would we return? Absolutely! We’re already excitedly talking about when we can come back again."

"Owners were excellent with communicating. There if you needed something, but not intrusive. We had everything we needed. Coffee pods and filters, good size fridge, comfortable bed, great view. I love that foil, saran wrap, bottle opener, oil, all those necessities you don't think about, were in the kitchen. We enjoyed using the kayaks. If we were in that area again we wouldn't hesitate to book."

"The Warm Beach community is a quiet community within four miles to Stanwood Washington. The area is a rural farming area and offers many opportunities to venture out to parks and beaches. Holly’s place is very comfortable with new appliances and a good size living area, bedroom, shower/ bathroom and onsite parking. Holly was a very gracious hostess. Her paintings grace the suite and are only a small sample of her portfolio. She is very accomplished and an interesting lady. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Holly’s Place.and look forward to possibly returning next year."

"Cute & clean, not a speck of dust or hair anywhere in sight and the beach access and kids play area were right across the street. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful ocean views and room to enjoy one another! We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again some day."

"We loved staying at this beach house! It was a perfect family vacation for our family and dog friendly. The property is very convenient to the greater Seattle area, but feels like being on an island due to the secluded nature of this private beach community. We loved using the paddle boards, beach combing, grilling, and playing board games. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room to watch a movie on the big screen TV. A special surprise is the little park kitty corner from the property with a swing set and basketball court. Drew was very helpful and clearly cares very much for this longtime family property."

McKees Beach House w/ Ocean Views, Hot Tub!

"I really wanted to give this 10/10 as the communication with Anne from Evolve was first rate and the kitchen was so well-stocked, much better than most VRBOs we've stayed at. My reason for knocking some points off is the advertised "Arcade/game room" simply doesn't exist. There is a small cubby under the stairs which had the UNO card game and some very sad looking crayons but that could in no way qualify as a game room. The outside deck and hot tub were our favorite features of the house and the beach is a 1 minute walk away. Be prepared for a typical Washington stony beach (no sandcastle building here) but that didn't stop the kids and braver adults from taking a swim in the bay. All-in-all good value for the price but I think we'll pay a little extra next time for all the bells-and-whistles."
