Could have been cleaner. The floors hadn’t been cleaned and some of the dishes were not cleaned properly. There was theft of packages delivered and the property owners could have assisted better to avoid this.

Everything was excellent. Beautiful house that was spotless.

Place was clean and spacious. Didn’t like the fact checking in they tell you that you must do a time share presentation. I said no where did it state that. They have all your information and continuously call.

The watermark is great- it is clean and fun! The room was fantastic, but was missing some basic amenities like washcloths and wastebaskets in each room. Be sure to bring coffee with you if you plan to make it in your room, there is a coffeemaker but no grounds. Navigating the hotel was terribly complicated. Elevators are not marked, nor is the direction for the water park. This is a large place and it’s easy to head in the wrong direction! The food was average. The restaurant was advertised as having steak and seafood but when we arrived, they had recently switched over to a “create your own dinner” style where you mark off what you would like in your taco or salad. The service was “ok”. Not sure we would stay again.
