Stunning home with beautiful views
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The home is conveniently located to downtown Highlands. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast each morning. We loved the views from the porch and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay in Highlands
This is our second time staying at this home and we highly recommend it. It was perfect for our family of four, my wife’s parents and our small dog. Very nice rustic home with excellent views of the mountains and located in very close proximity to main street.

Highlands girls trip
7 of us came in for highlands food & wine and loved the house and location. We were able to walk into town and had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable weekend. Check in was a breeze, would totally stay here again.

Cant get much closer to Highlands!
The house was well equipped and the views were beautiful. This home is a 15 minute downhill walk into town. Ben, one of the owners, was extremely responsive to any question we had. He was so awesome to work with. Ben even provided fire wood, which we used a lot of and were very grateful for. This is a great house and we were so glad we had the opportunity to spend our son's Fall break together as a family in the home! Thank you Ben!

This is our second year in Highlands and first time at this house. It was the perfect set up for two or three couples. Comfy large beds, great linens, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful porch with fireplace where we made s’mores! We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing and has an incredible view! The owner was so nice and generous. He included firewood and put up a baby bed for our grandchild. The covered porch with a fireplace and view was my favorite spot. Very easy to walk to Main Street for lunch and shopping. We hope to be able to stay here again next summer!!

Beautiful and comfortable home for our family vacation including our toddler granddaughter. Convenient location. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. We were stunned by the beauty and immaculate and well designed condition of the house, wow! The interior furnishings were top notch and the home was well stocked for our use. And convenient parking. Private, glorious views, loved the deck, family room, kitchen and primary bedroom suites, upscale and spacious bathrooms. Mountain slice of paradise!
This beautiful property completely exceeded our expectations in every way! It is even better than the pictures show, with lots of room to gather (inside and out) but plenty of private spaces for parents and teens to just chill. The location is ideal - super quiet, tucked on top of the mountain with amazing views off the gorgeous back deck, but only a few minutes from shopping & restaurants. Everything you could need or want is provided from an extremely well equipped kitchen to firewood for the fireplaces to extremely comfortable beds, linens & luxurious showers. Ben was an excellent host responding immediately to any inquiry. We were even treated to a bear sighting on our drive home one evening! We will absolutely be returning to this slice of paradise!

What a beautiful home and such a great location. Easy walk or drive into town for lunch, shopping and running around in the park. Perfect for two families, 2 master suites and a kids room. Large deck was great for sunsets and evening fires. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend staying here. A beautifully decorated home with a fantastic view and two grand fireplaces (one on the porch and one inside). Ben supplied a full chord of kiln dried firewood prior to our arrival and was a phenomenal host all around. We stayed at Ben’s property for our daughters baptism weekend with family. It was a perfect size home for six adults and our children.

Awesome place for family weekend!
We had an awesome time at this property! The kitchen is stacked with cooking utensils and pots and pans, which was a relief because we did lots of cooking as a family. Also, it's not clear from the pictures but each bedroom has their own bathroom. It made for ease in picking rooms. The town center is a 2 min drive and made for easy shopping/morning coffee pick ups. Highly suggest booking!

This property is first class at all levels. The long range view from the back porch is spectacular. The house is extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated. The owner was very accommodating and allowed an early check- in that facilitated a birthday surprise. We will be back.

Fantastic house, view and location
My wife and I brought our 7 month old and both sets of grandparents for a long weekend. House was amazing and proximity to downtown Highlands was a big plus. We came right at peak leaf change and the view was spectacular. Highly recommend. Only con for us was difficulty charging our EV as the parking is far enough from the house that a charger can not reach any exterior outlet. Definitely will not affect most guests but hopefully something that can change in the future!

Exceptional Home in Highlands
We have rented many homes in the Highlands area over the last 12 years. It's very rare to find a home 2 minutes from town that still gives the feeling of total privacy and a beautiful view. We cook a lot and this home has a very well appointed kitchen, great appliances and a wonderful Weber grill plus a green egg. A chef's delight. Mornings and evenings sitting in the outdoor living area with a fire was wonderful. Communication with the owner was seamless. Can't wait to come back!

All that was promised!
This was our family summer vacation that included July 4th. This house is so beautifully decorated with an amazing view and as an artist I appreciate a beautiful environment. The location was perfect and Ben could not have been nicer. And he was quick to answer calls and respond. Also the kitchen was well equipped which was a plus since with a baby and large family (extended family stayed in another house down the street), we were eating in most nights. All in all this house exceeded expectations! We all agreed when we came back to Highlands to get away from Florida/Alabama heat, we would definitely stay here.

Our family stayed in this beautiful, art-filled home. Very comfortable. Spectacular sunsets. It’s at the top of a steep hill, with gorgeous views, but I was still able to walk into town. Owner was extremely responsive to a an issue we had. Would highly recommend.

Great home with amazing views
We loved the property. Stayed there with family, including kids below 6. There was a pack and play and new high chair. Two levels with a great room on the main level overlooking a beautiful valley of trees with mountains and sunset in the back group. We loved the proximity to the city and the darkness at night for stargazing while the outdoor fire place died down. This was our first time in Highlands. We will be back. 5 Stars!
