"We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would have appreciated would have been the heads up about the metallic tasting water. We would have brought bottled water in that case. However, we were able to grab some the next morning and it wasn't a huge deal. The relaxing views and quiet neighborhood made for a great weekend!"

Peaceful porch sittin beauty!!

"We had a group of 8 that thoroughly enjoyed the property and all of its amenities! The beds were all so comfortable! This is something we usually don’t find to be true at most properties but these beds were amazing! We enjoyed the front porch which is where we spent most of our time!! Comfortable furniture and spacious for everyone to enjoy the outdoors! My only suggestions is as you are making little adjustments build some steps to the basement access because this gal found it easier to access the basement from the outside and stairs would have been even better!! Beautiful view! Beautiful wrap around porches, and a fully accommodating property. Hope to stay again! Thank you Mr. Reed, and thank you for being a fabulous host and ensuring that we enjoyed our stay in the golden getaway!! "

What a great stay!

"This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. I’d like to first mention the cleanliness. Wow! There wasn’t a speck of dust, the bathroom was immaculate, as was the kitchen. The floors were spotless (and beautiful). The big front porch was a dream, and we spread out in the spacious living room. The kitchen had everything we needed-pots, pans, utensils, cooking tools, and a nice oven- and the bedrooms were very clean with fresh bedding. There’s space in both bedrooms for a pack n play, if needed. The hot water worked well, and the washer and dryer were a great bonus!The refrigerator was also amazingly clean, and there’s an ice maker in the freezer. Another great bonus. This is a perfect place for friends, and family of all ages. Cant wait to come back, thank you! "
