"Sofrível. Já havia me hospedado. Achava razoável. Desta vez foi lamentável. Não havia os itens de higiene pessoa que, embora eu não use, demonstram a atenção e cuidado do hotel com os hóspedes. Havia dispensar vazio, na pia e no Box do banheiro. Faltou papel higiênico. Não houve arrumação e limpeza e muito menos troca de toalhas de banho, no 2º dia e ainda ficamos mais um. O estacionamento é complicado. Fica do outro lado da rua. Depende-se do recepcionista para abrir o portão. A TV seria melhor...

"The staff (front desk, maids, kitchen workers) was amazing, the breakfast delicious and variety. The pool area amazing , comfortable and clean. The parking lot was so difficult for SUV, park in front of the hotel better and secure."
