"La habitacion tienes que dejar la llave en la puerta para que la electricidad funcione, nunca lo explicaron ni la nevera funcionaba. Mal olor de un corriente de agua en el patio. Nada se asemeja a las fotos. Se supone fueran 4 noches 4 dias, aguantamos solo 2, alergia por que la pintura de las paredes se esta saliendo, el espejo del baño se esta escascarando. Experiencia terrible dinero tirado a la basura al punto de sacar un pasaje nu3vo y regresarnos. Muy triste ya que eran vacaiones muy esperadas por nosotros."

"We had a 4 night stay at this resort. Staff was rude and not so attentive if you were not giving a tip. Food was not good only in the sports bar. We also paid to upgrade and those upgrades wasn’t met! We arrived in the room and it was open beverage in the mini fridge. Night two it was a roach in the mini fridge! We asked to change rooms they moved our rooms and gave our upgrade fee back which was supposed to be returned within 14 business days it has not been returned. I’ve made several attempts to contact them and they just keep hanging up. Also, Hotel staff also told us that they had a free shuttle to the mall which turned out not to be free. They wanted us to pay 150 American dollars after we returned to the hotel. and on different occasions someone enter our room while we were asleep. They were not housekeeping and did not announce themselves. I can go on and on about my stay, but I would never stay at any excellence resort ever again based on this experience."
