Both front desk and restaurant Staff are very attentive and helpful. The hot spring bath and massage chairs helped relieve fatigue. We are so glad we chose this hotel.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in bar-none. Room was massive with a gorgeous night view. All room amenities could be controlled via the tablet in the headboard, including AC, TV and info about Beppu. Within walking distance of Beppu Station as it's just up the hill.
