"The hotel is lovely and accommodated our family of five comfortably. Our room, while small, was still likable. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and is also close to essential amenities like 7-11 and Lawson. The nearby train station adds to the convenience. If we return to Japan, we would definitely consider staying here again."

"I booked a room for 5 people but I mistakenly put for 2( which is the default on my app, got to the property and they told me they will have to charge me $350 since I didn’t put 5 people, bear in mind this is a room with 5 beds and it is not even a resort nor does it come with breakfast or anything else so I’m not sure why I had to pay that amount , and after I Paid that they said the room doesn’t come with cleaning, I will only be given towels , overslept the day we were checking out and we told them to please give us 30 mins extra just to pack our things so we can leave 11:30am and they refused and said if we stay until 11:30, they will charge a fee for the 30 mins and they were not nice while saying all this, almost rude "

"The suite is a great size for a stay in Tokyo. Staff are all attentive and helpful. My mom said the cleaners are very thorough as she happened to be in the room one time. We enjoyed our stay here and this is very convenient location with lots of good places to eat at."

The only inconvenience was the laundry—machines were often occupied, and with two-hour cycles, waits could be long. Overall, the hotel itself easily deserves five stars. I rated it four due to the location. Roppongi felt more focused on style than social interaction; as someone who values conversation over fashion, I found it difficult to connect with people there."

"Staff upon arrival seemed to not want to help me. I Stated that I wanted to check in and she said, wait. She immediately went to the further counter to help someone who had just walked up as I did. Very unprofessional. Taller female, slim in build. Did not get her name but she was there on the night of my check in. The one with the mask was very helpful. "
