Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

We’ve stayed here several times through the years. The location for shopping is great! The hotel rooms are decent. The one thing that remains consistent is the staff is NOT friendly at all.
