"Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. The very kind owner/host offers a comfortable place to stay with excellent hospitality and flexibility for not just solo travellers but couples and even small groups. The location is just a short walk from the station with plenty of shops nearby to meet your short-term shopping needs. The spacious room with the basic furnishings proved to be a great...

Step back in time along Kurazukuri Street where Edo-period warehouses now house sweet potato treats and traditional crafts shops. Discover the iconic Bell Tower that locals call 'Toki no Kane,' then visit nearby Hikawa Shrine for its famous lucky charms and peaceful gardens.
"The location of the hotel is good, not too far away from resorts and malls. Meanwhile, it is pretty quiet since it is located among three parks. The service of the hotel is good and responsive. Will definitely stay in the same hotel if back in tokyo"
"I enjoyed my stay here . The room was nice and pretty spacious and very clean. Staff was nice and friendly. I loved the fact that it was super close to the train station which made everything so convenient. Highly recommended!"
"I’ve stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, but this one, is my favourite so far. Great space and I didn’t have to live out of my suitcase, room cleaning was late morning so I didn’t always have to be up really early, very convenient "
"Great hotel in quieter part of Shinjuku. About 10-15 min walk to the main Shinjuku station area and 5 min walk to subway station (Red M line). 24hr 7-Eleven in basement and Daisy bakery in adjacent building which become our default breakfast spot. Room with 4 twin beds was spacious for Tokyo and worked well for our family. Highly recommended."
"Amazing service from staff. There was a bit of an issue with the initial assigned room and quickly provided a new room and baggage assistance within 30 minutes. They assist you with all your needs from baggage delivery to room, getting change and recommendations. The view of Tokyo station was amazing from our room. It’s convenient from the station and near Tokyo character street, perfect for children or love Pokémon and other characters. It’s also accessible to other train lines and convenient for doing day trips to Fuji as well. You will have a great stay here. "
"This was our fourth stay at Keio Plaza, and we’ve already booked our next trip in December—that probably says it all!
We love the location. It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free.
But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. Every time we walk in—whether for afternoon tea or evening cocktails—we’re greeted with the warmest smiles. They make us feel like family, not just hotel guests. That kind of welcome is rare, and we treasure it every single time.
Breakfast at Jurin and Glass Court has also become part of our routine. Great variety, fresh food, and a relaxed atmosphere—it’s the best way to start our day in Tokyo.
Keio Plaza isn’t just a hotel for us anymore—it really feels like our home away from home in Tokyo. We can’t wait to be back in December!"
