Front desk staff was wonderful. Both restaurants were high end without being cold and stuffy. Rooms were cleaned beautifully. Amenities bar was a little weak. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy walk to many stations.

The onsen and pool definitely cost an extra $20 or so per person per day. I saw this in a couple of reviews and thought perhaps it only applies to them but I was mistaken The breakfast on the 33rd floor was really nice and the staff delightful I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel
