The room was wonderful, super clean and spacious, excellent service. However the 2 tower thing is a bit taxing but is made up for by everything else. The bakery had graphics on the items displaying what products went into making it which is perfect for people who don’t eat pork, use alcohol or have dietary restrictions. The room has a good view, but breakfast was overpriced and overcrowded, and lack of choices for this kind of money.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options. Convenience store is located on the bottom floor of the hotel and is open 24 hours. There is an italian and japanese restaurant in the hotel so lots of options for food and metro station is within walking distance.

Staff were very friendly, food was amazing and all the transporta is close by. Would stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the vibrant Kabukicho area, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Shinjuku Station.
