"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."

"大人2人子供3人でお世話になりました。 ２階にオーナーの方がお住まいということで、うるさくないかな？や立派な家具や戸を壊さないかなという心配はありました。 広さが十分あり、子供たちが外で走ったりテンション上がっていました。 黄砂でプールに入れないことも事前に メールがあったので心持ちBBQ等でゆっくりできました。 お世話になりました♡"
