My partner and I stayed here for 18 nights. Everything is good, room maybe small but it’s very clean. Staff are always nice and polite. Easy access to public transport, close to two train stations. Very easy to travel anywhere in Tokyo. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

All of the staff here were so kind and accommodating to us. Unfortunately the curtains in our room were short and left a large gap at the bottom of the window, therefore I was up every morning at 5:00am with the sunrise. The walls were covered in stains from smoking and there was no room service whatsoever (we even had to take out our own garbage). The location is very close to food and the train station which was great, but as a budget traveler, I think I could’ve found a better place for a similar price.

It's okay for a stay in Jujo, not loud. Well Connect with JR. But the green Jujo Station is much faster to Shibuya within 700m walk. I will come again.

My first time ever in japan and stayed here! Super convenient because it’s a short walk from TWO stations, also just 2 stops away from ikebukuro There is a 7-11 across the street which makes it really easy for late night snacks It’s a nice place to stay if you’re planning to be out all day. Nothing luxurious, just a regular room. Great for your budget, would definitely stay here again

Cleanliness: 2☆ From the start, there was a thick layer of dust atop the toilet paper holder and the toilet. I wiped down these surfaces and the pull-out table in the bedroom area myself. There was some grime that had built-up around the crevices of the kitchenette. I was a little put-off by this, and used towels to cover these surfaces before placing down my own articles. Staff & Service: 5☆ Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, staff was thorough in explaining trash collection, accessing the property after hours, etc. Property Condition & Facilities: 3☆ I was grateful I could do lots of laundry for very cheap during my stay. My room had a bed that pulled down from the wall directly in the middle and a bit difficult to navigate. I had to juggle one suitcase on one side of the bed and climb over the bed to access and organize another. Area Around the Property: 5☆ The hotel is a minute walk from the station. It is a very quick transfer from the JK line to the JY line. There is also a koban right in-between the two, so the area felt quite safe. There is also a 7-Eleven right across the street. Overall: 3.75☆ of 5☆ This is an acceptable budget hotel, especially if you're just looking for a place to rest for the evening that isn't a capsule hotel or hostel. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I reccomend this place for solo travelers like myself who don't mind being a little outside the tourist spots.

Very close to a train station, Higashi-Jujo(JR Line.) Across the street is a 7-11.. so convenient! The staff speaks enough english to get you checked-in and checked-out, and then some. The rooms are small, but big enough for 2 people, and their luggage.
