"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. "I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay ideally situated for our needs with great access to the countryside and very close to the autobahn. The staff are really helpful and happy, we had to leave early on the last day but they were really accommodating with a slightly earlier breakfast. Food was also amazing."

"This is my goto for stays in Koblenz. Yea, its like a 20 min drive...but it is worth it! The rooms have been upgraded since the last time I was here. They look great. The breakfast buffet is just as I remember it...legendary. The surroundings are serene. Leave your window open and fall asleep to the babbling brook. Never hit the spa yet, but it looks comprehensive. Maybe next time! "
