"No receptionist that we can talk and help us to check in & check out personally. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us. "

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Bymose Hegn. The people and service was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do! "Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."

"Everything about this place was great! Clean room, friendly staff, awesome hotel. They upgraded us to the suite and we had a blast. The hotel is also close to everything in downtown Copenhagen. The breakfast they provide has many options and is delicious. I could go on and on about the place... Needless to say, we are staying here again in the future. "
