My biggest complaint is I had an ADA shower but there were no shelves in the shower, so I had to put all my shower stuff on the floor and ended up slamming my shoulder into the railing. We requested a top floor room, but was told that because we booked with Expedia, they could not accommodate our request because Expedia assigns the room. We book through Expedia all the time and this was the first time they would not change our room. However, we had a pleasant stay."

"Disappointing for the cost. Besides the convenient location (although right by a major intersection so very busy), the hotel is old. They tried to renovate it but cut corners. Staff Ty was extremely rude and should not be in hospitality. Check in policy is full of surprises. (3.5%!charge for cc and $15 parking a day)They don’t clean the room for 3 days. AC unit was loud and not working. We won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for very basic and just a bed, , that’s fine."
