"We stayed during Christmas holiday and Santa was there taking pictures. On-site restaurant options were great and we even had a room with a view of Pioneer Square."
"The building itself was historic and Beautiful. My wife actually had a paranormal experience near the very large mirror at the base of the staircase where she saw flashing light behind it, and there was no explanation offered by the staff, but they did say people have experienced other apparitions around that mirror, which has its own history documented at the hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very nice, the restaurant had excellent food and drinks, highly recommend staying here."
"The hotel is just so comfortable. The room has plenty of space, the bathrooms are great. Mostly, the staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful. It's a great place.
