"My fiancé and I stayed here as part of a bigger trip around Switzerland and we absolutely loved it!! The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and the location is absolutely stunning. It is a bit more remote in location, but the views are completely worth it. The property had everything we could need, and was very accessible for backpackers with great bus routes right to the train stations. "We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."

"everything is smart in this hotel. after online check in, I could use my phone as a key to open the gate and the door of my room. the public area is beautiful with a huge kitchen. the rooftop is nice and I could enjoy myself with a drink. it is at the centre of the city so it is convenient but a bit noisy at night at there are some restaurants and bars down below. "

"it is one of my favourite accommodation of my trip. the staff area so nice and it is next to the cable car station and could assets to the train station via the cable car station. I love the balcony with an amazing view of eiger mountain. there is a microwave at the breakfast area and it would be great to heat the food at the balcony of the room. the only thing I would suggest for improvement is installing a door at the bathroom. I would recommend to stay here instead of staying in the centre of Grindelwald."
