Inside the accommodation, you’ll find an information board on the wall with all the important details about the apartment and the surrounding area. Here are some practical tips for your stay:

General Information
- Thank you for treating the accommodation, its furnishings, and the area with respect and care!
- Please do not smoke indoors!
- There is a fan, an iron, an ironing board, and spare towels (in the drawers).
- You can darken all the windows: In the bedroom and living room, there is a strap on the left side of the wall that you can pull out from the bottom. The small bedrooms have shutters that can be opened from the outside. To do this, pull the latch up slightly (you may need to push the window sash slightly towards the wall). - We’re happy to help if you have any questions.
- Tap water: The water in the accommodation is of high quality and is safe to drink.
- Tourist tax: Please fill out the tourist tax form completely. It is available at the accommodation. The tax is already included in your booking.
- The windows are new (November 2025).

Trash disposal
- Dispose of trash ONLY in the grey bin on the balcony.
- If needed, we can come by to empty it; just let us know.
- It’s important that the trash isn’t disposed of in any other container, as the neighbors are keeping an eye on this.

Getting Here by Bus
- You can reach the accommodation via bus line B61 towards Spiez Schiffstation.
- The nearest stop is called “des Alpes” and is a 1-minute walk from the front door.

Luggage Storage
- Public lockers are located at the Spiez train station in the underpass and on Platform 1—ideal for temporarily storing your luggage.

House Rules & Consideration
- No parties or events—the accommodation is intended for relaxation.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM—please be considerate of the neighbors.
- Please treat the place with respect, as if it were your own home—thank you! :)
