"A/C was quiet, but cold air flow made me very uncomfortable. It was blowing right in my face. I had to shot it down in the middle of the night. The window did not have an option to open it. Even not a smallest gap. It's crazy. Why not?! Also the smoke detector was flashing strong white light all night long, I wonder why? I should give them 3 stars. 4 was probably too much."

"I literally called down at nearly 2 AM as people were in the lobby making a TON of noise. You can see by the slope of the roof that the noise carries up to the 4th floor. It was like listening to all of the conversations outside of your door. They did their best, but it never stopped. At one point, there was a small child (4-5 years old talking with people and running around. It's inexpensive but not a nice area. No real food options, and the cafe has really limited hours. Not recommended. "

"The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room. "

"Breakfast items were great! Parking was very good. I didn't have a problem. On arrival, I wasn't impressed. The lady didn't seem happy and told me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and the manager Karem seemed stressed and didn't welcome me or tell me about anything. I had to ask. Anyway, I did get to check in a little early The room is excellent with towels, and bed was very fluffy and had great pillows. I had plenty of room to spread out my things. I didn't know about the fire pit and wish I had known before time to leave. I saw the pool and gym area when walking around which seemed like a great thing if you stayed very long. Again, I had to look because no one said anything about it. All in all a good stay. On leaving, Rick was great and had a great personality. He turned on the fire pit and was very helpful and out going. "

"It was right next to the highway, Very noisy.. Facility is very old... No modern convenience at all... The facility was very dirty... I do not recommend staying there at all."

"Stayed there when my son graduated from basic training. Lots of room for everyone and very close to Fort Jackson. Host was great and didn’t take long to respond to messages. I recommend this place to anyone who has a SIT and is looking for someplace near base. "
